| Been a while...Sorry for the distant posting... I've been busy living rather than thinking or writing about living. Not suggesting that's better, it's just true. I should jump in here and update every(no)one on my goings on and such. And maybe I will. But tonight, I'm going to Night 2 of a back-to-back skirmish with Sonic Youth at the 9:30 Club. And tomorrow I'm going to Wilco at Wolf Trap. And on Thursday, my girlfriend is flying into town until next Tuesday. And on Tuesday night, I'm going to see The Dead Weather at the 9:30 Club. And on Wednesday, I will work the last day at my job. And on Thursday, I'm flying to Milwaukee to hang out with my girlfriend until Sunday. And then on Sunday, I start my new job! Like I said, I've been busy. I didn't even mention The Crush or all the CDs I've bought recently or the baseball game I'm attending or... well... Anything else, really. Other than the stuff I mentioned. But I've got all that and more up my sleeves, one of which should be rolled up so that I can apply some anti-itch cream, because I got destroyed by mosquitos during 4th of July Weekend, which was a(n incredibly fun) debacle of epic proportions for too many reasons to get into here. This is why I don't blog so much these days. Shit is crazy! But I'll try to do better... Maybe. |

| Lorem IpsumSpring has sprung in Washington, DC. March is mad. I'm watching the WBC (and sneaking an occasional peek at the PBR). I've got work to do prior to work tomorrow and I need to work out first thing tomorrow AM, but what I really wanna do is eat some popcorn and continue to veg like I've been doing most of the day. I have nothing to add, really. I logged in for another purpose and so I'm in and so I figured I should post. I've done that. There's a lot going on, but it would take 3,000 words to get you caught up. So let's just stick with the fact that I'm still a shitty blogger but I've been enjoying reading those folks to whom I am subscribed and I won't promise to try to do better because, frankly, life is better when you are focused on living it than when you're focused on recording it... |
